The Volkswagen Beetle has been one of the most popular convertibles ever made, which debuted in 1949, with more than 500.000 units which were produced since its launch. Without any doubt, the Beetle is an icon in its category and has inspired a new buyer´s generation.

The price for the Volkswagen Beetle Dune starts from $29.395.
The 2017’s convertible Beetle Dune 1.8T that we could test comes with a checked exterior, with more chrome aggressive front and back bumpers. Also, it has an improved height (0,4 inches) and a thicker body (0,6 inches) that gives it a more aggressive posture.
On the vehicle´s sides the contrast between the slats of polished aluminum and black bands, which are reminiscent of the original stirrups from the beetle are a characteristic. On the back part, the Dune counts with a big back spoiler, standard back LED lights and a new bumper design that integrates aluminum and matte black elements.
Inside the car, you can notice the sports seats with yellow sewing in a contrasting “curry” tone, and a multifunction steering wheel wrapped in leather. A technology pack with an extra price is available, which adds Climatronic®, double automatic climate control zone, a Fender® Premium Audio System and KESSY access without the start button key.
