Miami, August, 16th of 2013 (KE). Florida Kidcare Coalition of Miami-Dade County is focused on enrolling eligible but currently uninsured children in free and low-cost health insurance before they go back to school.
Many children in the greater Miami area are eligible for Florida Kidcare and not enrolled. Florida Kidcare Coalition of Miami-Dade County is offering on-site application and enrollment assistance to get kids ready for school. With health insurance, they can get the immunizations, check-ups, eye exams, dental visits and other care they may need to fully participate in classroom and after-school activities. Children in a family of four earning up to $47,100.00 a year may qualify for free and low-cost health insurance.
